Voice of Thor (VOT)

THOR GUARD’s Voice of Thor or VOT lightning alarm system is utilized to provide a unique aubible warning pattern when the area THOR GUARD is monitoring has become susceptible to a lightning strike. Simultaneously during the hazard time, LED strobe lights can be utilized to provide a continued visible notification of the impending hazard. THOR GUARD allows for a base horn with the remotes, either electric or solar powered, being controlled using THOR GUARD’s dedicated RF system. When combined with the Guardian Emergency Notification System, a special 1-minute pattern is generated to provide for any unexpected emergency.

Guardian Emergency Notification System

GENS or Guardian Emergency Notification System can be purchased as a stand alone warning system to automatically activate a unique one minute audible emergency horn alarm while also activating visible strobe lights. The customer may also wish to integrate Guardian Emergency Notification System with our THOR GUARD lightning prediction system. This can be accomplished easily and economically.

Whether it’s an unexpected campus emergency or a dangerous lightning threat, THOR GUARD has provided an affordable option. In addition to the hardware options of the Guardian Emergency Notification System, ThorPCX software provides an expanded menu of warning options, such as automatic e-mail alert messaging.
